Parental Guidance Suggested (or Extreme Movie according to IMDb.com) is a 2008 film comprised of sketches focusing on teen sex. Extreme Movie was originally going to be released in theatre as "Parental Guidance Suggested", but could not get an R rating. The creators had the choice to chop the film up or go straight to DVD.
