Aleksander Ivanovich Korolev is a moldovan politician born in Wrocław, Poland in 1955. He is the so-called Minister of the Interior of Transnistria, a breakaway region of Moldova. He started to work in the ministry of the interior of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Moldova in 1985. He worked there until 2000, when he was appointed the first minister of the interior of Transnistria.
