The Curtiss P-36 Hawk, or as it was orginally called, the Curtiss Hawk Model 75, was a US fighter aircraft of WW2. A predecessor of the [[Curtiss P-40]], the aircraft was only produced in limited numbers and had rather luckluster performance compared to its contemporaries. Still some were pressed into service against [[Japan]] at the start of US entering the war, and earlier in Europe.
