L. Cedeño (born September 15, 1968) is a Puerto Rican born American indie pop and rock musician.[1] He works primarily as a solo artist but has performed with several bands, to include his own powerpop-trio Circa Now, The Abby Travis Foundation as well as playing guitar for Brazzaville on their album Rouge on Pockmarked Cheeks.[2]

In 2004 Cedeño moved to England and began writing solo material. After spending a year there he returned to California to record the songs which appear on his 2007 solo release “Bliss Wishes,” a full length LP produced by Noah Shain.[3][4]
