Note to potential deleters

I'm not sure if this will be flagged at some point by a bot or new page patroller as a copy of Turnpike trusts in Greater Manchester but I have copied it here to try and fix the table issues that make the images stick out beyond the 1024 pixel width of my screen. Kindly don't delete it as some sort of copyvio unless I am very much wrong...
