Yoshiko Horie was born in 1976 in Japan, Tokyo. As a child, she was a huge fan of the anime-series "[[Dirty Pair]]" and has later stated that the series was her first inspiration to become a voice artist. She disliked maths and English, but liked Japanese a lot, so being an actor by craft didn't sound that bad, either.
