Joe E. Scruggs

Joe Scruggs was the second head football coach for the Tennessee State University Tigers located in Nashville, Tennessee and he held that position for three seasons, from 1922 until 1924. His coaching record at Tennessee State was 7 wins, 3 losses, and 1 tie.
