France 4 is a French public television network featuring arts, including music. It is part of the France Télévisions group.
It is available through cable, satellite, ADSL and the new digital terrestrial television system.
Before being available over the air, the network was called Festival. On 31 March 2005, Festival had renamed to France 4 and joins France 2, France 3, France 5 and France Ô
