The State vs. Radric Davis is the second studio album by rapper Gucci Mane. It is currently set for release on December 8, 2009.[1] The album guest collaborations with Usher, 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, Gorilla Zoe, Mariah Carey, Yo Gotti, OJ da Juiceman, Birdman, Rick Ross, Snoop Dogg and more.

Singles

The first single is "Wasted", which features Plies and is produced by FATBOI. The second single is "Spotlight" featuring Usher and produced by Polow da Don. The thirs single was released digitally at November 12th, "Worst Enemy", it was produced by Drumma Boy.

"Wasted" and "Spotlight" singles have had music videos released for them.
