Gmina Lipka is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Złotów County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Lipka, which lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north-east of Złotów and 124 km (77 mi) north of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 191.01 square kilometres (73.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,561.
