Albert Einstein School (German: Albert-Einstein-Schule) is a Gymnasium for boys and girls from grades 5-12 in Bochum, Germany. It has about 900 students. Just south of downtown Bochum, the school is in the Wiemelhausen section of town and shares a campus with the Hans Böckler Realschule. The school has an emphasis in natural science and English. It has a bilingual program, where some classes are taught in English, rather than German. Albert Einstein School was certified as a European School in February 2008.[1][2]

The "Comenius Project," dedicated to exchanging ideas to solve environmental problems, is a joint project of the Albert Einstein School, in cooperation with Wath Comprensive School in Rotherham, England and Col·legi Pare Manyanet in Barcelona, Spain.[3]
