::I beg to differ that this page is somehow worse now than it was before. The previous version was littered with redlinks and violated the MOS in several ways. I also see nothing wrong with listing roads with a similar name. It isn't far-fetched to think that someone looking for Ridge Route or Blue Ridge Road may inadvertently type in "Ridge Road". They are more notable than you think. In Illinois and Indiana, Ridge Road is a generic name for a road along the ancient shore of Lake Michigan (see Calumet Shoreline). The set of seemingly non-notable roads with that name mark a major geographic feature.
Furthermore, Ridge Route and Blue Ridge Road do not bear mentioning on this page because Ridge Road is not given as an alternative name on those pages.
