Helen Weston (born Cwmbran) is a Welsh international netball player.

International honours

She made her international debut at seventeen and was to Captain the side from the heart of the resolute defence as a goal defender and renowned shot-stopper. As at June 2007 she is the record holder for the most Wales caps (112).
