Yamato-Yagi Station (大和八木駅, Yamato-Yagi Eki) is a Kintetsu railway station on the Kintetsu Osaka and the Kashihara Lines in Kashihara, Nara Prefecture, Japan. It is a key station servicing train lines to and from Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, and Nagoya.
The station opened in 1923 as station on the Kashihara Line, becoming a stop on the Osaka Line in 1929.

Yamato-Yagi Station handles over 37,000 passengers daily, and has many stores inside the station:
- Pocket plat (convenience store) on platforms 1-4 and 6
- Lemon (cake shop) on platform 5
- Wakakusa Shoten (book shop) on platform 6
- Small convenience store on platform 5

There are two island platforms serving four tracks for the Osaka Line on the second floor, and two side platforms serving two tracks for the Kashihara Line on the first floor.
