Jamie Denbo (born July 24, 1973) is an American actress and comedienne. She currently co-stars in the FX series Terriers.

Life and career

Denbo was born and raised in Swampscott, Massachusetts. Early in her career she performed comedy at the Comedy Warehouse at Disney World's Pleasure Island in Orlando, Florida. She eventually moved to New York City where she began performing at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater (UCBT), where she continues to perform, now at the UCBT's Los Angeles division, often performing with her comedy partner Jessica Chaffin and her husband, comedian and actor John Ross Bowie.

Denbo was one of the stars of the sitcom Happy Hour playing the role of Tina Difabio. She also played Susan Jones on the Goodnight Burbank video podcast. On August 5, 2007 she returned as co-anchor on the show. Her comedy pilot "Ronna & Beverly" (based on the popular stage show she performs with Jessica Chaffin at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater) aired on the SHOWTIME network in December 2009. Denbo currently appears as Maggie Lefferts on the FX series Terriers.

Denbo regularly appears in sketches on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and has made guest appearances on shows such as Reno 911!, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Life & Times of Tim, and Weeds.

Her screenplay for "Best Buds" was recently sold to Vendome Pictures, Natalie Portman is attached to produce and star in the film.
