A few books--three of the books are hardbacks and two of over 400 pages each in their fifth printings. Another significant factor is being an editor for Oxford University Press, something that many other parties cannot lay claim to. Some of the material is controversial and those most anxious to criticize and delete would probably like the material removed because of their conflicts of interest. |
