Jorge Altamira (also known as José Saúl Wermus[1] or José Huermus[2]) (b. 1942, Buenos Aires), main leader of the Workers' Party in Argentina.[2][3]
He is also one of the nine people on the Co-ordinating Committee for the Refoundation of the Fourth International.
Altamira was a Buenos Aires city councillor from 2000 to 2004. He has also stood for President and National Deputy.[4]
