The Bawadi master plan calls for a 10-kilometre (6 mi) long boulevard in Dubai which will have 51 hotels and more than 60,000 rooms. One of the projects of this investment is the Asia-Asia Hotel which will be the largest hotel in the world with more than 6,500 rooms. The development will have hotels along the strip that consist of Asian, Universal, American (countries), Middle Eastern, African, and European themes. Examples include the Wild Wild West Hotel for an American theme. The project costs about USD 100 Billion.
