Brendan Sheerin is a British International Tour guide with over thirty years experience in the travel business, made famous by the reality TV show Coach Trip which is shown on Channel 4 in Britain.[1] He acts as a conventional travel guide for the contestants, as commentator on their conduct and as coordinator of the vote off. Depending on the length of the series - either 10, 30 or 50 episodes - Sheerin appears in every programme.[2] Dubbed "a British institution" and described by The Guardian as "high grade entertainment"[3] Sheerin also appeared in pantomime for the first time in December 2010.[4]
