Cerberus is a fictional character in the Marvel Universe, based on the figure from myth.

Cerberus first appeared in Thor #130 (July 1966), and was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.

Fictional character biography

As in Greek and Roman mythology, Cerberus is the gigantic, three-headed guardian of Pluto's underworld.[volume & issue needed] He is able to become a humanoid figure and was defeated by Thor when the Thunder god tried to rescue Hercules from Pluto.[volume & issue needed]
