Mike's claim to fame is also known as the POTATO Syndrome. The acronym POTATO stands for People Over Thirty Acting Twenty One. This phenomenon can be witnessed on any given week-end once mike starts partying. It can also be observed, by the trained professional, when Mike speaks. Mike still uses the vocabulary of a teenager from the turn of the 20th Century. Mike is sometimes refered to as Training Manager(often referred to as Hey You) and by his alter ego Old Man.
