Vadim Petrovich Shchbakov (Template:Lang-ru)[citation needed] was senior lieutenant pilot of the Soviet Air Forces. During the Vietnam War he served as an officer-instructor with the Vietnamese People's Air Force. During this time he is alleged to have ten combat enagements and scoring six kills during 1966.[1] Two of his six kills may have been a US Air Force RB-66 on 5 October 1966 and a USAF F-105D (serial number 59-1820, pilot Asire) on 8 December 1966.[2] However, that USAF didn't lose any of its EB-66/RB-66s during the whole month of October 1966.[3]
