Melisses (Greek; Μέλισσες) is a Greek boyband.
Career
- 2010
Melisses first became known in 2010 with their single "Kinezos" (Greek; Κινέζος) and its accompanying music video. The performed at the 2010 MAD Video Music Awards with Myronas Stratis, singing "Min Mas Dek Kaneis" and "Akou". They also released the single "Kryfa" (by Konstantinos Rigos) in 2010, and named their debut album Kryfa.
- 2011
In 2011, Melisses toured with Helena Paparizou and teamed with Ivi Amadou in a music video of the song "Krata ta matia sou kleista". Also in 2011, they released their sophomore album, Akou, and shot the video of the song "San Skia". "Lonely Heart", a track from Akou, represents their first English language single.
Melisses appeared again at the MAD Video Music Awards, this time joining the band Vegas to perform the song "Auto to kalokairi".
- 2012
In 2012, Melisses shot the music videos of the songs "Piki Piki", which they performed at the 2012 MAD Video Music Awards with Mairi Strati. They also shot the music videos of the songs "O, ti afineis miso" and "More Than That", and undertook a national tour.
