Troy Kelley is an American politician of the Democratic Party. He is a member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 28th district since 2007. He is the Vice Chair of the Business & Financial Services Committee, Past Chair of the Joint Legislative Audit & Review Committee, and a member of the following committees: Business & Financial Services (Vice Chair), Health Care & Wellness, Rules, and Technology Energy & Communications[1].
