It belongs to a dictionarty of neologisms, and is not expandable above a list of usage of the word Nipponisation. It is possible to understand it on its own. *-ISATION words are not very much used in spoken language, neither in scientific language (except for scientific purpose: poly-mer-isation. this it where it comes from).
