Katarína Macová (born February 19, 1986 in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia) is a Slovak slalom canoer who has competed since the mid-2000s. She started out in the K-1 discipline, but started specializing in single canoe since the discipline's inception in 2010. She won a bronze medal in the C-1 event at the 2011 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Bratislava. She also won gold at the European Canoe Slalom Championships in 2010 on the same course, becoming the first European Champion in the women's C-1 event.
