72 Miles - Ek Pravas is a Marathi film directed by Rajiv Patil and produced under Grazing Goat Pictures and co-produced by Akshay Kumar and Ashwini Yardi.The film is set in the time of 50's and 60's about journey of a 13 year old young boy who ran away from his hostel and how this young boy matures with time when he meets a lady and her kids.[2] The cast and release date is yet to be revealed.
Development
Ashwini Yardi who is a Maharastrian planned to make a film based on a novel by Ashok Vhatkar and chooses National Award wining director Rajiv Patil for this while Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar revealed to be co-producer.Akshay said the film is already completed and he has no role in the film.Old buses and other such vehicles have been used for the look of period of 60's.The film is currently in the post-production stages.[2] [3]
