Boss is a 2013 Bengali romantic action film which is the remake of superhit Telugu film Business Man. The film is directed by choreographer Baba Yadav (his first directorial debut) and produced under the banner of Reliance Entertainment and Grassroot Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The film stars Jeet and Subhasree Ganguly in lead roles and Chiranjeet Chatterjee in supporting roles.

At first the production selected for Dev this movie first but he cannot sign the contract as he was in South Africa for the shooting of Chander PaharBut when the reporter ask then he replied that he did not do this movie as he promised to Subhasree Ganguly that before Subhasree`s and his wedding they will not do much movie.
