PF Changs is one of the worst restaurants to work at, they treat their employees like fast food workers. Manager are always confused with the increasing turnover rate of employees. If only managers would treat their workers with respect and dignity, employees would stay. Managers are like Nazis, too concerned with their work and the performance of the store they never loosen up and show other co-workers they too are human. |
