Mohand Chérif Hannachi (born April 2, 1950 in Tizi Ouzou, Algeria) is a former Algerian football player and current chairman of Algerian club JS Kabylie. He has been the team chairman since his election in 1993.[1] He is also assumed by many to be a hand of the Algerian regime (of the DRS) in Kabylie province which is the stronghold of struggle for democracy and human rights in Algeria.
