NEOS – The New Austria (Template:Lang-de) is a liberal political party in Austria.

The party, founded in October 2012,^[2] contested the 2013 legislative election including in its slates the Young Liberals Austria and the Liberal Forum.^[3] In the election NEOS won 5.0% of the vote and 9 deputies.^[1]^[4]

On 25 January 2014 NEOS formally absorbed the Liberal Forum, creating "NEOS - The New Austria and Liberal Forum".^[5]^[6]^[7]

NEOS became a full member of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) on 2nd May 2014.
