Clitheroe F.C. are an English football club based in Clitheroe, Lancashire, playing in the Northern Premier League First Division. They were established in 1877 as Clitheroe Central. After joining the Lancashire Combination in 1903, they removed Central from their name.
Carlo Nash, the former Preston North End goalkeeper also started his career here too, before being spotted by Crystal Palace. [1]
