Arizona Impact FC is an American indoor soccer team, founded in 2013. Impact FC presently compete in the Premier Arena Soccer League and play their home matches at the Arizona Sports Complex in Glendale, Arizona.

Former indoor soccer professional player Rick Soderman was named the first Impact FC head coach in October 2013. Soderman had a 7-year career (1993-2000) playing with six teams. In the 2009-10 season Soderman came out of retirement and was named a player/coach for the Arizona Heat.

The club also field a women's team, Lady Arizona Impact FC. In the 2014 PASL Summer National Tournament[1] Lady Impact won a 4-team tournament to be crowned summer national champions.
