Pedro Richter Prada (born January 4, 1921) is a Peruvian politician who was the prime minister of Peru from 31 January 1979 until 28 July 1980.[1] On December 28, 2007, the Italian government issued an arrest warrant for Prada for the disappearance of 25 Italian citizens in the 1970s.[2] He was quickly released as he was proved innocent.
