The Delta Cross Channel is a facility in California's Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta that diverts water from the Sacramento River. Located in Walnut Grove, California, it diverts water to Snodgrass Slough to the Mokelumne River[1] towards the Bill Jones Pumping Plant,[2] which is the intake for the Delta-Mendota Canal, part of the Central Valley Project.[3] The diversion facility has a capacity of 3500 cubic feet per second.<ref name=DCC>
