YELLOWPAGES.COM LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of a AT&T.[1] The legal name of the limited liability company is in all capitals.

History

Initially a joint venture, SBC Communications (now AT&T) & BellSouth previously operated their own telephone directory websites, SMARTpages.com (a subsidiary of Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages, Inc.) and RealPages.com(a subsidiary of BAPCO) . Both sites' operations were merged into YELLOWPAGES.COM in 2005. The acquisition of BellSouth by AT&T on December 29, 2006 lead to the company being wholly owned.
