Proposing the merger of [[Veldskoen|Veldskoen]] into [[Chukka_boot|Chukka Boots]] as both articles are reasonably small, especially the former and as Chukkas were a re-naming of Veldskoene then it would make sense for them to be in the same article with this made clear. |

I would also propose Veldskoen having it own section as "Desert Boots" has to distinguish them from other Chukka Boots with their regional and historical differences. |

The Veldskoen article is also outside of the regular Wikipedia Fashion Project without its own section on footwear so I assume it sees page visits and rather than having two pages of what are essentially the same shoe being listed a merger would make the most sense in my opinion. - Nick CB 01:29 BST 17/05/2015 |

Merging Veldskoen into Chukka Boots
Proposing the merger of Veldskoen into Chukka Boots as both articles are reasonably small, especially the former and as Chukkas were a re-naming of Veldskoene then it would make sense for them to be in the same article with this made clear. I would also propose Veldskoen having it own section as "Desert Boots" has to distinguish them from other Chukka Boots with their regional and historical differences.
