"Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin'"
Song
B-side"Daydream"

"Lovin', Touchin' Squeezin'" is a single by American rock group Journey, released in 1979.

It was Journey's first hit single, reaching #16 on the Billboard Hot 100 in November of that year. It also reached #12 in Canada, and #37 in New Zealand.

Some classic rock stations play this song as a segue into "City of the Angels", much like Journey's previous songs "Feeling That Way/Anytime". However, on most contemporary hit stations, "Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin'" is only played.[citation needed]

Music video

In July 1979, a music video was released for this song. It was directed by Bruce Gowers, best known for directing videos for Queen, Michael Jackson, and Prince.

  • The original recording of "Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin'" appeared in the pilot episode of Glee and was used and recorded by the cast of Glee in a mash-up with "Any Way You Want It" for the first season finale.
