I'm new to the Wikipedia community, and I have a teacher that helps raise puppies with the Seeing Eye. I was just wondering, is this section truly appropriate? These are suggested etiquette guidelines copied and pasted from a PDF from The Seeing Eye. It's not fact based or informational. Thoughts?
