Revision as of 19:30, 25 September 2017
I recently had chance to play the final version of E3 so I thought I'd update the page with some more up-to-date details.
It's not perfect by any stretch of the imagination but it hopefully better reflects the final game. Will look for some details and add a 'Critical Reception' section asap.
Apologies for the anonymous edit.

Triple E? Who came up with that one? I'd like a source on that one.
The original free web game is called Every Extend and then they added an Extra on it. You can download the original at the website listed below.
I realize that. However, someone had edited it stating that "E3" was pronounced "Triple E," which I hadn't heard anyone say before.
I think it's safe to say that it ISN'T pronounced Triple E.
"...striking the correct balance between risk and reward to earn the chance to continue, or "extend", gameplay."
I think this is missing the original intent of the title. In shmups, an "extend" refers to an extra life, i.e. "Extend at 10,000pt," so the concept of the original game was that every life was critical. The current paragraph seems to miss this completely. 58.105.214.22 04:08, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for bringing that to my attention, it was something of a hold-over from the original material. I've tried to clarify the "extend" concept as well as doing a quick editing job and a slight rewrite of the Gameplay section.
Critical Reception subheader is underway; citations, further reviews, screenshots and gamemode details (Caravan, Multiplayer etc.) will follow asap.
Any further input more than welcome.
