The Soviet Union women's national basketball team was the women's basketball side that represented the Soviet Union in international competitions.[1]

After the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, the successor countries all set up their own national teams. Still, the non-Balts former Soviet republics (known as the Commonwealth of Independent States) competed at the 1992 Summer Olympics as the Unified Team, but that victory does not count as a Soviet success.
