The Greek inscription "ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ ΑΡΣΑΚΟΥ ΕΥΕΡΓΕΤΟΥ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΥ ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟΥΣ ΦΙΛΕΛΛΗΝΟΣ" means "king of kings Arsaces, the benefactor, the just, the illustrious, friend of the Greeks". It is found on coins of Parthian Empire, starting from the kingdom of Artabanus I.[2]
The name of Arsaces indicates the dinasty of Arsacides and appears untile the period of Phraates IV[3].
