Ranabima Royal College is situated in a beautiful landscape in Gannoruwa, near Kandy, the hill capital of democratic socialist republic of Sri Lanka. It is being surrounded by Gannoruwa and Hanthana Mountains. Sri Lankas' longest river Mahaweli runs just beside Ranabima royal college, adding up to the tranquility of the surrounding.
Dividos sanctuary is located just beside ranabima royal college in Gannoruwa mountains. It gives enormous amount of exploration opportunities for our students. Royal botanical garden and university of Peradeniya are also situated near our college. Agricultural research facilities in Gannoruwa of the department of agriculture are also located beside Ranabima Royal College.
Its only 15 minutes drive away from the city of Kandy. and about 4 Km away from the city of Peradeniya. New Colombo - Kandy highway runs few hundred meters away from the college providing easy access to this calm, naturally wealthy environment.
