Perm Airlines (Perm State Air Enterprise) is an airline based in Perm, Russia. It operates domestic and international scheduled and charter services within Russia and the CIS. Its main base is Bolshoe Savino Airport (PEE), Perm.

History
The airline was established and started operations in 1968. It was formed from the Aeroflot Perm Division (Ural RCAD).
