The story revolves around a beautiful young girl Pankti Sharma ([[Jannat Zubair Rahmani]]) and Ahaan Dhanrajgir ([[Ritvik Arora]]), a handsome kind-hearted musician. He manipulates her in every ways and never lets her to leave the house. Ahaan, who happens to be J.D's nephew, appears in Pankti's life with an intention to take her out of the hell and make her dreams come true. The show focuses on the conflict between J.D. and Ahaan. Before there conflict it was a secret that J.D. had a mistress who was none other that Pankti. Ahaan fell madly in love with her but she was not ready because of the hell she is living in. Soon Ahaan realizes JD's true face and defends Pankti in front of his family. The Dhanrajgirs too get to know JD's real face. Sheetal (JD's wife) threatens of divorcing JD, however JD makes her slip into coma by some medicines. Tu Aashiqui (English: You, my love) is a 2017 Indian musical romance television show based on two lovers' effort to unite.[2][better source needed] It is produced by Mahesh Bhatt[3] under Gurudev Bhalla production house. The show has been stated to be inspired from the American film Endless Love.[4] It stars Jannat Zubair Rahmani and Ritvik Arora in the leads as Pankti and Ahaan respectively.[4]
The series premiered on Colors TV on 20 September 2017[5] and all the episodes are also available on Voot.[6]
