Richard Elmer "Dick" Humbert (December 31, 1918 – May 23, 2007) was a professional American football end/defensive end in the National Football League. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles (1941, 1945–1949).
Humbert was inducted into the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame in 1981.
