• Content
  • Is everything in the article relevant to the article topic? Is there anything that distracted you?
    • Everything in the article os relevant to the article topic. One distraction is something that looks like an add asking to help choose the best image of the year. It shows pictures that do not relate to the topic.
  • Is any information out of date? Is anything missing that could be added?
    • Nothing is out of date and nothing needs to be added.
  • What else could be improved?
    • The history sections ends with "after wwII" when it could have a more recent section like "current issues."
• Tone
  • Is the article neutral? Are there any claims that appear heavily biased toward a particular position?
    • The article has a neutral tone. There is no heavy bias because the article brings up multiple points of view.
  • Are there viewpoints that are overrepresented, or underrepresented?
    • There could have been a better selection of philosophies of human rights. Natural law is the only one discussed.
• Sources
  • Check a few citations. Do the links work? Does the source support the claims in the article?
    • I checked a couple citations, one said the page was not found and the other was not translated into english.
  • Is each fact referenced with an appropriate, reliable reference? Where does the information come from? Are these neutral sources? If biased, is that bias noted?
    • Some of these sources come from other wikipedia pages. This makes them reliable only if the other wikipedia sources are reliable. Again, the article is not bias and the references reflect that.

  • What kinds of conversations, if any, are going on behind the scenes about how to represent this topic?
    • The conversations on the talk page discuss information that could be added. One reader suggests splitting the page into 3 separate pages to be more specific.
  • How is the article rated? Is it a part of any WikiProjects?
    • It is ranked a level 3 vital article in society and many rank it high importance and top importance in wiki projects.
  • How does the way Wikipedia discusses this topic differ from the way we've talked about it in class?
    • Wikipedia uses this topic to set the basics on Human rights. In class we discuss different opinions and philosophies while wikipedia remains neutral.
