ArbCom 2018 election voter message
Hello, Bamnamu. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)
Regarding you edit in North Korea
First of all, you must admit the fact that North Koreans don't participate in wikipedia, and most of the materials that deal with Korea(even North Korean content) is translated in South Korean hangul, not North Korean hangul. Which means that what you're saying is the same as saying we should apply 두음법칙 to every word to balance the two countries. B2V22BHARAT (talk) 20:41, 16 June 2019 (UTC)
I'm not on any side(either South or North) of Korea, but we should admit that 'North Korea' is literally translated as '북한' in both South and North Korea. The word 북한 is unaffected by 두음법칙. I don't mind if you reverted what I have put in, but just remember, 북한 is used in South Korea, almost 100% case except for diplomacy, when we seldom use the term '북측'(North Side) as well. Cheers. By the way, 두음법칙 is an important language difference between South and North and if you want to balance words between two countries, we should consider applying this rule as well, which burdens with more workload. B2V22BHARAT (talk) 21:03, 16 June 2019 (UTC)
