Lowestoft Town F.C. are a football club based in Lowestoft, England, established in 1887.

They were founding members of the Eastern Counties Football League in 1935 and, as of 2006, have won the title ten times. They are members of the Eastern Counties Football League Premier Division for the 2006-07 season, despite finishing 1st for the 2005-2006 season and having the two teams directly below them in the league, Bury Town and AFC Sudbury promoted. They play at a ground on Love Road.

They have a reserve side playing in the Anglian Combination Premier Division.
