The Chineja is a 63 km (39 mi) long right tributary of the river Prut in Romania.[1][2] It discharges into the Lake Brateș. It flows through the towns and villages Berești, Târgu Bujor, Foltești, Tămăoani, Frumușița, Tulucești and Vânători.
